Application Fee: $25 per applicant over the age of 18, plus a $5 processing fee per applicant. Non-refundable.
Holding Fee: $200 per unit. Applied to deposit if approved, refunded if denied.
Security Deposit: Standard deposit is $750. Additional deposit may be required based on credit. Deposit must be fully paid prior to move-in.
Amenity Fee: $200 one-time fee due at move-in.
Pet Fee: Monthly pet rent is $25 for one pet and $50 for two pets. There is no pet deposit.
Utility Fee: Residents are responsible for all utility expenses, which include water, electricity, sewer, and gas. Please note that the utilities are calculated based on a RUBS- Ratio Utility Billing System - that accounts for the size of the apartment and the number of occupants.
